Instructional Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support the development and delivery of engaging, high-quality learning solutions for a large enterprise environment. This individual will be responsible for designing interactive online training, developing multimedia learning content, administering learning management systems, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a related field
• Experience developing online training programs and digital learning content
• Experience with video editing and audio narration for training materials
• Banking or financial services industry experience
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on experience with

• Adobe Captivate
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Articulate Storyline
• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft SharePoint
• HTML

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile environments, preferably SAFe methodology
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking and collaboration
• Customer experience (CX) training or process improvement experience
• Instructor-led training or virtual training delivery experience
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide learning initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
