Job Title: Senior Data Engineer
Location: Milwaukee, WI (preferred) / Richmond, VA
Duration: 6month Contract to Hire
Work Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote

• 5-6+ years of experience (flexible)
• Strong hands-on data engineering background

Responsibilities
 

• Lead technical initiatives and projects
• Provide mentorship to Associate Data Engineers
• Act as a technical lead when needed
• Support enterprise data modernization efforts
• Drive migration of legacy and on-prem reporting environments into Databricks

• This is not a people management role
• Leadership is expected through technical guidance and project ownership
