The Role

• Delivering necessary components to assembly areas
• Performing visual and quality inspections according to defined criteria
• Professional assembly of individual parts and sub-assemblies
• Documenting quality deviations and reporting them to management
• Working across various production stages
• Training new team members
• Temporarily covering for team leadership when needed

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a metal trade (e.g., Locksmith, Metalworker, Construction Mechanic)
• Production knowledge desirable, ideally within the automotive sector
• Good German language skills
• Flexibility for shift and weekend work
• Team player, resilient, and precise work ethic
• Manual dexterity
