The Role

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines for workpiece manufacturing according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform programming, setup tasks, and tool changes.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and conduct maintenance.
• Participate in the optimization of production processes and program sequences.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed technical training (e.g., machining mechanic, mechanical engineering technician, or equivalent).
• Several years of experience as a CNC machine operator with strong knowledge of CNC programming and controls.
• Independent, structured, and precise working style.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
