The Role
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines for workpiece manufacturing according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform programming, setup tasks, and tool changes.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and conduct maintenance.
- Participate in the optimization of production processes and program sequences.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
What You'll Need
- Completed technical training (e.g., machining mechanic, mechanical engineering technician, or equivalent).
- Several years of experience as a CNC machine operator with strong knowledge of CNC programming and controls.
- Independent, structured, and precise working style.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
