Senior Business Systems Analyst

Abbott Laboratories seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead analysis, design, and optimization of critical systems supporting its global biotechnology and pharmaceutical operations. In this role, you will partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, map and improve end-to-end processes, and drive data integrity across platforms such as ERP/CRM and quality systems. You will manage requirements, support configuration and integration, lead UAT, and provide insights that enhance compliance, efficiency, and decision-making in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis and optimization of business systems supporting biotech and pharmaceutical operations
• Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements from global stakeholders
• Model and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, data quality, and compliance
• Collaborate with IT to design, configure, and integrate ERP/CRM and related platforms
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and data definitions
• Plan and lead user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and post-deployment validation
• Provide data-driven insights and reports to support operational and strategic decisions
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory and quality standards in a Gx
• P environment
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices and continuous improvement.
