Job description

  • 10+ years of progressive software development experience.
  • 6+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform development.
  • 5+ years of C#/.NET development, including Dataverse plug-ins and custom APIs.
  • 4+ years of TypeScript/JavaScript development and PCF control implementation.
  • 4+ years of technical leadership experience managing at least three developers.
  • 4+ years of Azure DevOps pipeline development and ownership, including YAML and multi-stage pipelines.
  • 4+ years of Power Platform ALM, including solution layering, environment variables, connection references, and managed deployments.
  • 4+ years of pull request reviews and merge authority on protected branches.
  • 4+ years of production support ownership, including incident management and SLAs.
  • 4+ years of Azure development experience with Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Key Vault.
  • 3+ years of automated testing experience covering unit, integration, and UI regression testing.
  • 3+ years of Power Pages or portal development, including web roles and table permissions.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting live systems through Microsoft Dynamics 365 release waves.
  • 4+ years of direct engagement with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and UAT.
  • 3+ years of secure development practices, including code-level security reviews, secrets management, and PII/PHI protection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering solutions in Microsoft Government Community Cloud (GCC), GCC High, or Azure Government environments.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code using Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.
  • Exposure to generative AI integrations using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Foundry.
  • Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience mentoring government personnel and transferring technical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and data protection requirements.

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) — Preferred

  • CSSLP (ISC2) — Preferred
