The Role

• Lead a team of service technicians, overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Manage the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including the calibration of advanced driver-assistance systems.
• Provide excellent customer service, from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
• Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, managing customer funds, and order processing.
• Implement quality assurance measures and manage inventory and audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to obtain or already possess the relevant operating manager qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and strong German language skills.
• Proficiency in PC use and comfort with administrative duties.
• A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work independently and foster trust within the team.
