Job Description

Strategic Growth Partners provides both operations and strategic support to Tribal 8(a) and commercial organizations. Our client is a family of SBA-certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified companies delivering IT, management consulting, and general construction solutions to the Federal Government and commercial sector. They are seeking an Entry-Level Cyber Exercise Planner to join their USSOUTHCOM J38 Cyber Exercise Branch team onsite in Doral, FL. This position requires an active TS/SCI or Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Location: USSOUTHCOM Headquarters, Doral, FL Workplace Type: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

Key Responsibilities: Assist senior planners throughout all phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), including planning conferences and concept development. Draft tactical-level cyberspace training scenarios and Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) injects under the guidance of senior staff. Coordinate logistics for exercise planning events, including facility access, secure video teleconferences (SVTCs), and administrative requirements. Support Exercise Control (EXCON), High Control (HICON), and White Cell functions during live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) exercises. Coordinate with cyber live-fire range administrators to ensure training environments are ready. Gather and compile player observation data and evaluator notes to support the creation of After-Action Reports (AARs).

Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of a Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support exercise and training events. Willingness to work on-site at the primary duty station in Doral, FL.
