Commercial Sales leader - Clark, NJ - Up to $150k + Uncapped Commission
A fast-growing domestic freight brokerage division, backed by decades of global logistics infrastructure, is hiring a Commercial Sales Leader to own and grow its U.S. market — a player-coach role managing a small domestic sales team in New Jersey while remaining an active producer yourself.

Title
: Commercial Sales Leader (Domestic Freight Brokerage)
100% company-paid medical and vision, 50% dental and dependent coverage, 401K with company match
7–10 years of domestic freight brokerage or 3PL experience
~ Proven individual sales contributor with a strong track record closing new shipper business
~ Shipper-facing sales background (carrier-side only experience is not a fit; freight forwarding backgrounds are not equivalent)
~ Based in NJ metro or open to relocating
