The Role

• Develop and visualize individual kitchen concepts based on customer needs, style, functionality, and budget.
• Utilize modern 3D planning tools to showcase customer designs and bring their dream kitchens to life.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation through to contract signing, including offer creation and negotiation.
• Coordinate project workflows, including delivery, installation, and invoice control.
• Actively contribute to the growth and success of the company's kitchen segment.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct kitchen sales.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current industry trends and product ranges.
• Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and standard office productivity suites.
• A strong sales orientation, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• A confident, self-assured demeanor with strong social skills and an independent, goal-oriented work approach.
• A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in design execution.
