We are seeking dedicated SEND Tutors and Teachers to join an impact-driven community focused on transforming the lives of young people. This is an opportunity to work flexibly and creatively, making a significant difference with disengaged and vulnerable learners.

The Role

• Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs, including SLD and PMLD.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work in-person, remotely, or in a hybrid capacity.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and professional references.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
