Job Description

    •  
  • EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and leading Workday implementations.
    • Proven experience with U.S. and/or Canada Payroll processes, regulations, and compliance is a plus.
    • Extensive experience in multi-entity environments.
    • Experience with data migration and integration tools is a plus.
    • Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Workday’s data structure, business processes, security model, and configuration options across in-scope Workday modules.
  • Methodical Testing and meticulous attention to detail in data validation, configuration and documentation.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex business objectives into system requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Works under little supervision
