Required qualifications

• MES professional with 7-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Manufacturing solutions, including SAP ME, SAP MII systems and integration with S/4 HANA.
• You will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations.
• You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Job responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance in the integration of SAP S/4 HANA with manufacturing executions systems (MES) including design, customization and troubleshooting.
• Configure SAP ME/MII modules to meet specific needs of manufacturing processes, such as production tracking, equipment integration and quality management.
• Develop and optimize production workflow to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime and improve overall manufacturing performance
• Provide hands-on support during implementation phases, including blueprinting, prototyping, testing, data migration, go-live and post go-live support
• Lead training workshops for end-users and IT teams to ensure smooth adoption and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvements and enhancements.
• Keep up to date with latest SAP Manufacturing innovations and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations and IT to ensure seamless integration of the manufacturing systems with other enterprise applications.
• Stay updated with trends in manufacturing industry and leverage continuously.
• Identify the pain points of customers and find solutions through SAP ME.
