We are seeking passionate Special Education Needs Teachers to join a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. We partner with schools and local authorities to provide impactful, trauma-informed educational support.

The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH.
• Work with pupils across KS1 - KS5, adapting to their individual learning needs.
• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid teaching opportunities.
• Develop flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring plans.
• Monitor and report on student progress, providing regular feedback.
• Support vulnerable learners to achieve their educational potential.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching core subjects: Maths, English, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and creating safe learning environments.
• Enhanced DBS check (facilitated if needed) and professional references.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
