Wimborne, Dorset
Monday to Friday
8:30am - 5:30pm (Early Finish on Fridays)
Permanent Position
27,000 per annum
Free On-Site Parking

Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a motivated and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our successful and growing team based in Wimborne, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities

Working alongside our experienced Recruitment Consultants, you will be responsible for supporting our established recruitment operation, including:

  • Processing timesheets and payroll information
  • Completing compliance checks for temporary workers
  • Managing DBS applications
  • Advertising vacancies and sourcing suitable candidates
  • Providing candidates with advice, information, and ongoing support
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • General recruitment administration duties

Skills & Experience Required

The successful candidate will:

  • Be self-motivated, organised, and able to use their own initiative
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Have previous customer service experience
  • Possess strong administrative and IT skills
  • Have previous recruitment experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience handling high volumes of telephone calls would be advantageous
