Enterprise SaaS - SFDC - Servicenow ( ITSM)

Required Experience

• 4-6 years as Business Analyst.
• Exposure to ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Create process maps, user stories, and functional documentation.
• Support workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Assist with UAT planning and execution.
• Track requirements traceability and project deliverables.
• Support CMDB data quality and reporting initiatives.
