Job Title: Enterprise Agile Coach

Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner with executives, business leaders, product teams, and technology organizations to implement Agile best practices, improve organizational agility, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires expertise in enterprise-scale Agile frameworks, coaching leadership teams, and enabling high-performing Agile organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
Coach executives, senior leadership, product managers, Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
Implement and scale Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or Scrum@Scale.
Facilitate Agile planning events, value stream mapping, PI Planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement workshops.
Assess organizational Agile maturity and develop improvement roadmaps.
Establish Agile governance, metrics, and performance indicators to measure delivery effectiveness.
Mentor Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, and engineering leaders.
Remove organizational impediments and promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
Partner with PMO, business, and technology leaders to align Agile practices with strategic objectives.
Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
Drive adoption of DevOps, Lean practices, and continuous delivery where applicable.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project/program management, or software development.
5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach or Senior Agile Coach.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Agile transformations.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and other scaling frameworks.
Experience coaching executives, leadership teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional Agile teams.
Strong facilitation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing SAFe across large organizations.
Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and Value Stream Management.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, cloud transformation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong background in organizational change management.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
