Job Description

Our client, a respected family-run business, is seeking a skilled and driven Internal Business Development Executive to join their expanding team, based in Tingewick. With a strong reputation in the materials handling and manual workplace solutions sector, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company with a hands-on approach to customer service and a broad product range.

About the Role
This position focuses on driving new business, building client relationships, and conducting onsite product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying new opportunities, confident in both telephone outreach and face-to-face interactions, and experienced in generating lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify key decision-makers in target businesses and generate new sales leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations onsite, securing sales to meet territory targets.
  • Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with both new and existing clients.
  • Manage accounts to ensure retention and foster growth year on year.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, email outreach, and online engagement, including competitor analysis.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely sales reports to assist in strategy and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with the internal sales support team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong track record in new business generation and client relationship management.
  • Confident working within a small, dynamic team environment with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in cold calling and face-to-face sales.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and general database management.

Salary- £25,000- £35,000
