The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Direct creative design for catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, and email campaigns.
• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative teams for new product selection.
• Foster open and efficient communication across departments regarding product development and web marketing.
• Develop compelling new product positioning strategies from both internal and customer perspectives.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to identify emerging product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Experience with catalog production is a significant plus.
