Job Description:

We are seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Performance and Load Testing to design and develop tooling and infrastructure that generates realistic, production-like workloads for large-scale performance testing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong programming experience with Python, Java, Go, C++, or similar languages.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, WebSockets, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
  • Experience developing automation, developer tooling, or data-processing systems.
  • Experience working with large datasets, application logs, production telemetry, or high-volume traffic data.
  • Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts including:
    • Latency
    • Throughput
    • Concurrency
    • Resource utilization
    • Scalability
  • Experience with databases and SQL.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across both application and infrastructure layers.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
