The Role • Provide holistic nursing care and support to adolescent patients in a shift-based setting. • Monitor patient progress, observe their condition, and actively support therapeutic interventions. • Administer medically ordered treatments and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists. • Maintain structured documentation and manage daily station operations. • Contribute to a positive, structured, and secure environment within an interdisciplinary team. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Pediatric Nurse. • Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities. • Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents. • Prior experience in psychosomatics or psychiatry is a plus, but not required.
