Job Description

• Lead business analysis activities for enterprise SD-WAN and SSE delivery
• Gather, document and manage business and technical requirements
• Facilitate workshops and align technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with network engineers, architects and cyber security teams
• Support delivery across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project environments

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

• Strong Business Analyst experience in enterprise technology programs
• Knowledge of WAN/LAN, VPN, routing, DNS, DHCP and segmentation
• Exposure to SD-WAN and SASE/SSE platforms such as Cisco or Zscaler
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation
• Understanding of cyber security, network security and Zero Trust concepts
