Job Title: HR Specialist (m/f/d) – Chinese Speaker
Job Location: Düsseldorf / Germany
Main Responsibilities:
Managed the end-to-end recruitment process, from JD collection, Monitored the recruitment and hiring process to candidate onboarding.
Coordinated and maintained communication with external and internal recruitment agencies and recruiter.
Supported the development of the department’s annual training plan.
Assisted in the implementation and coordination of various training programs.
Managed the training platform and related training data.
Organized monthly department birthday events and other employee engagement and relations activities.
Handled other ad hoc HR-related tasks and supported daily HR operations.
Requirements:
At least 2 years work experience in Team assistant or operation specialist.
Organizational analysis and planning skill.
Visual design graphic design.
Good data gathering and analysis skills.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, coordination skills.
Being self-motivated at work.
Fluent Chinese and English as working languages.
