Residential Sales Closer – Water Systems | Company-Provided Leads | Weekly Pay
You'll also have our in-house appointment setting team working alongside you to get you in front of people. No cold calling, no door knocking, no buying your own leads. We pay weekly. Commission is uncapped and paid weekly. In your first interview we'll walk you through the full structure — the rates, the tiers, and what our reps actually closed last quarter — so you can do the math yourself. We build our own salt-free whole house water systems and our own crews install them.
