Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with urological conditions through detailed assessments and diagnostic testing.
- Perform surgical procedures as required, including minimally invasive techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
- Educate patients and families regarding urological issues, treatment options, and preventative strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinical research and stay updated with the latest advancements in urology.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current and unrestricted medical license to practice in Tennessee.
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
- Extensive clinical experience in diagnosing and treating urological conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
