The Role

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Overseeing the production process to ensure efficiency
• Performing tool changes according to specifications
• Troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions
• Conducting quality checks on manufactured parts
• Recording production data

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a relevant trade and/or several years of professional experience in manufacturing
• A strong interest in technology
• Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule
• Good command of German (written and spoken)
• Team player with a proactive attitude
