We are seeking a dedicated Roadside Technician for a leading UK automotive assistance provider with a legacy spanning over 125 years. Join a team committed to keeping the nation's drivers moving and renowned for its innovation and member service.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during breakdowns.
• Handle a variety of issues including battery, tyre, and complex fault diagnosis.
• Start and end your day from home, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.
• Work independently, making crucial decisions on the roadside to assist members.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
