Job description

CABLING TECHNICIAN - TEMPORARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pull and terminate CAT5 and CAT6 data cabling
  • Install ladder racks and networking equipment
  • Working closely with data communication systems and equipment
  • Provide assistance to other technicians on the project site REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1+ years experience with pul ling and terminating CAT5 and CAT6 cable in a commercial building
  • Previous experience with installing ladder racks
  • Experience with Data Communication is a MUST
  • Security networking systems experience is a PLUS (CCTV, Alarm Systems, Card Access, etc.)
  • Supervisory experience is a PLUS
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently
