They are hiring for opportunities that contribute directly to building and modernizing substations vital for achieving climate protection goals. The Role • Assembly of steel structures in medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV). • Installation of high voltage and medium voltage equipment and electrical systems, including mounting hardware. • Assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable assembly. • Review and revision of technical drawings. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, or similar qualification. • Previous experience in locksmithing or related fields such as construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or metal processing. • Ideally, experience working safely with electrical installations. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to the worksite with a personal vehicle. • Readiness for regular site assembly assignments, including overnight stays in Northern Germany. • Good German language skills and a responsible, motivated work attitude.
