COMPANY OVERVIEW
We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

At Whitebridge, our goal is to help people bring health and happiness to pets through better nutrition which we believe is natural and minimally processed foods, complements, treats, and supplements, formulated to the specific needs of dogs and cats. Better Together is the foundation and at the heart of everything we do as a company. We manufacture and market Natural Health Nutrition Pet Products in four categories: Lifestyle Treats, Nutrition, Solutions and Prescription Diets. This candidate should possess a general inquisitiveness for industrial matters down to the floor level, as well as an ability to think outside the box and propose new ideas to create added value to the organization and generate performance.
