Commercial and stakeholder management:

  • Identify potential developers, investors, utilities, technology providers, site-owners, and other partners for strategic collaboration. Secure LOIs in support of future investment raises.

  • Lead or support negotiations involving site agreements, development rights, partnerships, offtake arrangements, joint ventures, and other commercial contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers, partners, site owners , local communities, government bodies and other stakeholders.

Project development coordination

  • For live projects, bring together engineering, marine operations, environmental, finance, procurement and customer to progress projects.
  • Identify commercial, technical, regulatory, planning, grid, land, and stakeholder risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage regulatory interfaces to ensure on time delivery.

Essential skill and Experience

  • Entrepreneurial approach to identifying opportunities
  • Commercial and strategic thinking
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Financial and investment analysis
