Inside Sales Representative

 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries and understand their requirements.

• Review RFQs/RFPs and prepare accurate sales proposals.

• Develop pricing strategies and negotiate to win business.

• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.

• Coordinate with sales, contracts, and production teams.

• Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.

Requirements

• Experience reviewing RFQs/RFPs and preparing proposals.

• Knowledge of government contracting and procurement processes preferred.

• Understanding of pricing, costing, and negotiation.

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience with JobBOSS, Salesforce, or CRM systems preferred.

• Blueprint reading experience is a plus.
