Job description
Position Summary:
The Large Program Project Manager, Delivery Thermal is the factory-level execution owner for complex, high-visibility product lines supporting critical data center infrastructure. This role is accountable for ensuring that assigned builds are delivered on time, in full, and to exact configuration — helping to ensure that every unit meets quality standards and is ready for customer shipment in alignment with committed schedules.
Serving as the vital link between program strategy and shop-floor execution, the Project Manager, Delivery Thermal drives daily performance across operations, materials, quality, and test. This role brings structure, urgency, and clarity to the production environment—proactively identifying risks, removing barriers, and ensuring the manufacturing line consistently performs to plan.
As a key partner to Large Program and Business Unit leadership, the Project Manager, Delivery Thermal provides clear, real-time visibility into delivery status, enabling informed decision-making and reinforcing customer confidence.
Your mission: deliver every unit on schedule and to the highest quality standards—while driving accountability, resolving challenges at their source, and ensuring full transparency across stakeholders.
