Sales Representative- Full Time - Paid Training - Hourly Pay!

H&K Chevrolet of New Haven Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Consultant to join our team in New Haven, Indiana. This is a full-time, base plus commission sales position in the fast-paced auto industry. As a Sales Consultant, you will work independently to build and maintain relationships with customers, promote and sell our vehicles, and provide exceptional customer service. The Sales Consultant position at H&K Chevrolet of New Haven Inc. offers a competitive compensation package with a potential of $60,000 to $100,000 per year. In addition, we offer a commission structure that rewards top performers. We also provide benefits such as company vehicle, health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid vacation time. H&K Chevrolet is unlike any other Car Dealership! All major holidays off: (Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Memorial, Labor, etc.). We are closed on ALL Sundays. Our sales hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. Saturday 8:30 a.m. CLOSED SUNDAY'S.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate vehicles

• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits of our vehicles
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and targets
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
• Accurately maintain customer data and sales records

High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
