The Role • Provide co-therapeutic support to psychosomatic patients through structured conversations, crisis intervention, and therapeutic meal accompaniment. • Plan, lead, and conduct group activities, incorporating naturopathic methods such as acupuncture, compresses, and aromatherapy. • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. • Manage administrative tasks within the ward and support patient case management. • Actively participate in projects and contribute to the internal training and development programs. What You'll Need • Certified nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Geriatric Nurse) with several years of experience in psychosomatics and/or psychiatry. • Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of psychosomatic disorders. • High level of social competence and strong communication skills. • Reliable, engaged, and team-oriented working style, both independently and within an interdisciplinary setting. • Experience with modern hospital information systems and willingness to pursue further training, including co-therapy specialization.
