Description
A leading organization is seeking a certified professional to drive operational excellence initiatives across operations, technology, and service delivery functions. 
This remote contract position based in the Charlotte, NC area requires expertise in process improvement methodologies and a strong understanding of financial services processes. 
The role involves collaboration with senior leaders to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end process improvement projects across various financial services operations.
Collaborate with business leaders and managers to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
Facilitate value stream mapping, events, and analyses to optimize processes.
Implement strategies to reduce manual processing, error rates, and operational costs.
Develop project charters and track benefits aligned with risk reduction metrics.

Qualifications
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
5 years of experience in process improvement within financial services.
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with financial operations.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations impacting process design.
