The Role • Lead and motivate a team, serving as a role model and effectively implementing national sales concepts. • Ensure exceptional product freshness, appealing presentation, and strict adherence to hygiene standards. • Enhance customer experience through attractive displays, expert advice, and outstanding service. • Independently implement sales-promoting initiatives and new ideas. • Oversee key operational aspects including cost and revenue development, inventory, pricing, and product flow. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience with a focus on baked goods or fresh food counters. • Strong knowledge of products, with a keen understanding of freshness and quality. • A solution-oriented and results-driven approach, coupled with conscientiousness and engagement. • Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills. • Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, Monday through Saturday.
