Full Stack Developer - Java and AI

We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join FinXL and drive the architectural uplift, build complex wealth calculation engines and modernise legacy platforms into a scalable, cloud-native ecosystem.

• Full Stack Engineer experience
• Experience in Java, React, MongoDB and JBoss
• Experience utilising AI productivity tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude
• Experience in Financial Advice, Wealth Management - Superannuation-Insurance or BFSI
• Experience in XPLAN, Endeavour or Midwinter
• Experience designing & developing robust back-end services and responsive front-end interfaces
• Experience writing clean, secure, and scalable code and leveraging AI productivity tools
• Experience integrating APIs and working within microservices architectures
• Experience mentoring mid-level engineers and providing technical leadership
