The Role

• Implement the on-site training concept for new employees in healthcare.
• Guide and mentor trainees throughout their practical learning journey.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for generalist training in healthcare.
• Promote a high-quality, results-oriented training environment for future healthcare professionals.
• Provide technical training and guidance to other practice instructors within the facility.
• Undertake duties of a qualified nursing professional.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or general nursing.
• Formal qualification as a Practice Instructor.
• Solid professional experience within the healthcare sector.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Empathy, responsibility, and strong motivational skills.
