The Role

• Supporting and accompanying individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities in their daily lives.
• Developing individual daily structures and promoting independence.
• Responding empathetically and situationally to diverse needs.
• Performing basic and advanced nursing care.
• Collaborating closely with caregivers, educators, and family members.
• Documenting and communicating relevant observations.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a qualified nurse, registered nurse, or geriatric nurse.
• Prior experience in disability support is desirable.
• A valid driver's license (Class B).
• Empathy, patience, and an open attitude when working with individuals.
• Enthusiasm for learning new processes and actively contributing to improvements.
• A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and appreciation for others.
