Azure Cloud Platform Engineer

Azure Cloud Platform Engineer: Seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Platform Engineer responsible for Azure tenant management, governance, automation, and infrastructure operations. This role will manage Azure subscriptions, management groups, policies, security controls, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and GitHub Actions.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Governance & Tenant Management

• Manage the Azure tenant, management groups, subscriptions, and resource organization.
• Maintain Azure Landing Zone standards.
• Manage Azure Policy, RBAC, and governance controls.
• Define and enforce tagging and naming standards.
• Support onboarding of new Azure workloads.

Infrastructure as Code & Automation

• Maintain GitHub Actions deployment pipelines.
• Automate provisioning and configuration management.
• Maintain infrastructure repositories and code standards.

Security & Compliance

• Implement least-privilege access controls.
• Support cloud security reviews and remediation efforts.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams on compliance requirements.

Operations & Support

• Monitor Azure infrastructure health and performance.
• Troubleshoot cloud platform issues.
• Maintain platform documentation and runbooks.
• Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis.
