We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join a high-profile programme delivering complex data solutions within a secure environment.

This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to client sites in locations including Manchester, Sheffield, Blackpool, and Newcastle.

Key Requirements

• Active SC Clearance (essential and must be current)
• Strong experience developing graph database solutions using Python
• Expertise in data modelling, entity matching, and entity resolution
• Experience implementing industry best practices across:
  • Documentation
  • Validation and testing
  • CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of data governance
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate data-related risks

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Neo4j
• Experience with Splink
• Previous work on large-scale graph database or data integration projects

Contract Details

• Rate: £400 per day
• IR35 Status: Inside IR35
