Role: Data Engineer

Day Rate: £415 p.d (Inside IR35)

Client: Dept of UK Government

Location: Remote with occasional travel to either Manchester, Sheffield, Blackpool or Newcastle

Clearance: Active SC needed

Duration: Initial 3 months with likely extension

We're working with a leading tech consultancy that specialises in delivering complex and high-impact projects within central government.

They're currently looking for a Junior or Midweight Data Engineer with Active SC to join a high profile gov project ASAP.

Essential Requirements

• Data Engineer with 2+ years commercial experience.

• Previously developed graph database solutions in Python, including associated industry standards like documentation, validation, testing and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Splink and Neo4J.

• Data modelling, entity matching and resolution.

• Must be experienced in best practices with data governance, risk identification & mitigation.

• Available to interview at short notice and start within 2-4 weeks.
