An opportunity is available for an Experienced Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to support a technical statement of work. This role involves the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies as part of an Integrated Product Team, integrating technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
Experience: Candidates must have 5+ years of manufacturing planning or engineering experience with electrical systems.
Technical Skills: Experience with GOLD is required.
Preferred Qualifications
This position requires working in a factory environment and the ability to withstand those conditions, such as walking and utilizing steps and scaffolding. Regular and predictable attendance is a requirement for this position.

- Develop vehicle management software and integrate externally-generated functions.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software validation.
- Perform verification, validation, and integration processes for vehicle management software.
- Provide input on software implementations during system-level design and architecture.
- Investigate and resolve software-related issues reported by users.
- Develop and maintain software documentation, including design documents and technical specifications.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Experience: Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Technical Skills: A minimum of 5+ years of experience with C/C++ is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing software for Real-Time or Non-Real-Time systems.
- 3+ years of experience in Safety Critical Software Development.
- Experience with LOR-1, LOR-2 or DAL-A, DAL-B software processes.
- Real-time embedded software experience.
- Experience with Agile Software development.
- Familiarity with MIL-HDBK-516C, MIL-STD-882E, JSSSEH, or DO-178C.
- Experience with Python, C#, and/or Assembly Language.
- Experience with GreenHills Integrity or other Real Time Operating Systems.
- Experience with fault tolerance, signal processing, or control system design.
- Experience with tools such as Agility, Jira, ClearCase, and Git.

- Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Develop, identify, and implement conceptual designs and maintain the program architecture for build.
- Lead and implement manufacturing plans.
- Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
- Assist in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and document producibility best practices.
- Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
- Resolve technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost, or schedule.
- Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts.
- Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
- Implement lean principles and technologies.
- Review electrical design requirements and approve new releases and revisions to existing designs.
- Review and implement non-conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications.
- Translate design requirements from Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) into Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to create and maintain part demand.
