Job Title: SAP Project Manager
Location: Reno, Nevada (Hybrid)
Experience: 12–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP project and program delivery across SAP ECC and related enterprise applications.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Drive project governance, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive communications.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
Manage cutover planning, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
Collaborate with business leadership to align SAP initiatives with manufacturing business objectives.
Support SAP S/4HANA assessments, roadmap planning, and transformation initiatives.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage global and geographically distributed teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

12–15 years of SAP delivery experience.
Minimum 5 years of project/program management experience.
Proven experience delivering SAP ECC implementation, rollout, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
Experience managing large-scale SAP projects and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Experience managing global and geographically distributed teams.
Expertise in project planning, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and governance.
Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
Experience with project planning tools and project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience working with manufacturing organizations.
Experience supporting SAP transformation roadmaps and enterprise application modernization.
