• Partner with global stakeholders to develop and implement new centralized processes for raw material data maintenance and document management.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of new processes across global Regulatory Affairs and Product Documentation (RPD) teams.
• Support the development and implementation of new IT and AI solutions to automate and improve processes.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members within the newly established global raw material Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy and completeness for raw materials globally.
• Drive timely and efficient task completion in line with agreed service levels.
• Manage stakeholder relationships: regularly gather feedback from global RPD and R&D teams, monitor CoE service performance and ensure clear, consistent communication.
• Experience of raw material data management within the food industry,
• Background in relevant science and/or regulatory affairs topics, with the ability to interpret food law regulations and understand regulatory and scientific input from regional RPD and R&D experts.
• Proven experience developing and implementing processes in a global organization.
• Working knowledge of AI and experience in process digitalization or automation.
• Strong people leadership, team-building and performance-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Willingness to work flexibly to collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones.
