Manufacturing Engineer (Warehouse Operations & SAP EWM)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support warehouse operations and process improvements within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on SAP EWM processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate will help improve productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency while serving as a key resource for warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve warehouse and material flow processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP EWM transactions and best practices.
• Assist in defining and optimizing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Create reports, analyze data, and develop visualizations to support decision-making.
• Train and support warehouse employees on processes and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to improve performance.
• Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with SAP, preferably SAP EWM.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with employees across all levels of the organization.

Work Environment

• 100% onsite position.
• Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Primarily first shift; occasional support for later shifts may be required.
• Safety footwear required.
• Must be authorized to work without current or future visa sponsorship.
