Technology Account Lead

Ryder System is seeking a Technology Account Lead to own the technology relationship for key transportation and warehousing customers. In this role, you'll align Ryder's logistics, fleet, and warehouse systems with client goals, translating business needs into technology roadmaps and enhancements. You will coordinate delivery with IT, operations, and engineering teams, monitor performance and SLAs, and drive continuous improvement using data insights. Ideal candidates bring deep experience with TMS/WMS tools, strong client-facing skills, and a passion for optimizing end-to-end supply chain technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technology point of contact for key transportation and warehousing accounts
• Translate customer business needs into technology strategies, roadmaps, and solution requirements
• Coordinate with IT, operations, and engineering to deliver enhancements and new capabilities
• Oversee performance of TMS, WMS, and related logistics systems, ensuring uptime and SLA compliance
• Analyze operational and system data to identify improvement opportunities and optimization
• Manage technology initiatives from concept through deployment, testing, and stabilization
• Facilitate regular account reviews, technology updates, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure alignment with Ryder's safety, security, and compliance standards in all solutions
• Support issue escalation, root-cause analysis, and long-term corrective actions
• Contribute feedback to product and innovation teams on customer needs and market trends
