Description:

• Advanced expertise in LabWare LIMS configuration, customization, and API utilization.
• Laboratory workflow design and digitization.
• Programming skills: Python, Java, JavaScript (Node/React), SQL, LIMS basics.
• Integrating LIMS with lab sequencers, ERP, CRM, and web technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Regulatory compliance: ISO and/or GLP familiarity.
• Business analysis and project management proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solutions that map to technology capabilities.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to collaborate with existing subject matter experts across multiple functions.
• Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize issues and drive progress in ambiguous situations.
• Familiarity with code quality and linting tools and a strong testing/automation mindset.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and support highly customized LabWare LIMS environments.
• Design and digitize laboratory workflows.
• Develop and maintain LabWare APIs and integrations.
• Integrate LIMS with lab sequencers, ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications.
• Develop solutions using Python, Java, JavaScript (Node/React), and SQL.
• Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Troubleshoot complex LabWare LIMS issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and GLP standards.
• Support business analysis, project management, testing, and deployment activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of LabWare LIMS development, support, or architecture experience.
• Experience in Animal Health, Pharma, Biotech, or Clinical Laboratory environments is preferred.
• CBAP, PMP, or relevant regulatory certifications are a plus.
