About the Role:

StaffRight Associates is recruiting to source elite talent for a premier global quantitative investment and technology firm. We are seeking an exceptional Software Developer, Agentic AI to join a highly collaborative, intellectually rigorous team where computational excellence is the standard. This is a high-impact position designed for a driven problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of complex architecture, advanced algorithms, and real-world execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect & Build: Design, optimize, and maintain critical tools, smart agents, retrieval systems (RAG), and generative AI infrastructure driving advanced research pipelines.
Data & Research Execution: Translate complex datasets and abstract technical challenges into clear, scalable, high-performance frameworks, enhancing model training through intelligent workflows and feedback loops.
Systemic Optimization: Identify technical friction points, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance operational velocity across full development cycles from prototyping to production-scale deployment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key technical interface, working directly with quantitative researchers, software engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies.
What You Bring:
Academic Pedigree: Bachelor''s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Quantitative Finance, or a related STEM discipline.
Technical Mastery: Strong command of core technical concepts and tools such as Python, Agentic AI, Generative AI, Retrieval Systems, Distributed Systems, Machine Learning, and Automated Workflows.
Analytical Precision: Proven track record of solving multi-faceted problems in high-performance computing, code generation, or complex technology sectors.
Agile Mindset: Ability to balance rigorous engineering standards with fast-paced, autonomous execution under pressure.
Compensation & Schedule:
Annual Base Salary: $250,000 – $800,000 + Variable Bonuses (Sign-On & Year-End) + Generous Benefits (Including Relocation Assistance)
Schedule: Hybrid (In-Office Tuesday–Thursday; Remote Option Monday & Friday)
